Terri Lindner joined Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company as a loan officer trainee in February 2002 bringing 8 1/2 years of banking experience to our staff.  She attended Rend Lake College receiving an Associates of Science degree in Accounting.  In addition to being a qualified licensed insurance producer,  Terri successfully completed the requirements to receive a certificate from the CBAI Residental Real Estate Lending Institute.  Terri was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Lending Officer and deals primarily with Consumer and Real Estate Applications.

AVP Lindner's familiarity with many areas of the Banking and Real Estate industries enables her to provide knowledgeable assistance as a lending officer paying particular attention to the many details associated with Real Estate Mortgages.   Terri, now an experienced lender, is observant of local buying trends and current market values.  She can help you determine which loan product is most appropriate for your needs.
