ONLINE BANKING & BILL PAY BASICS

Interactive course on electronic banking functions

Murphy-Wall State Bank & Trust Company will offer a complementary educational seminar on the basic functions of Online Banking and Bill Pay to be held September 6, 2012 at the Rend Lake Pinckneyville Murphy-Wall Campus from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. This will be an in depth review of navigating through the online banking website as well as focusing on the bill pay service.

With the existing online banking service which is free to all Murphy-Wall customers, you can manage your accounts any time of the day or night via any internet-enabled computer. You can check your balance, view transaction histories, transfer funds between accounts, receive statements electronically in a secured encrypted format and much more. Bill Pay services are another convenience offered by Murphy-Wall's online banking and these procedures will be explained throughout the course as well.

Each user will have access to their own computer in order to experience the hands on tutorial through the lesson. Registration is required early as seating will be limited. Each user will need to have an existing active online banking account. If you are interested in the course and do not have an online account any of the CSR's at either facility located in Pinckneyville or Murphysboro will be available to assist you in registration prior to the start of the class.
