All previous Online Internet Banking information, such as transfers, nicknames, statements, etc. will not be retained. It is important that if you are a current Online Internet Banking customer that you read the following information below and complete any necessary steps before October 29th:
If you have automatic transfers set up on your Internet Banking, once you have re-registered on the new service, you will want to add them so that they continue to occur.
Log in to your Online Banking and click on Move Money. Select View Scheduled Transfers. If you have recurring transfers schedule, you will see them here. Make note of any information that you have so that you are able to schedule the transfer on the new service. Please note: any scheduled transfers that are set to post on or after October 29th must be added to the new service in order to continue to occur.
Be sure to download your existing statement information. Under Additional Services, click on Online Statements. Be sure to download all of the statements for all of your accounts if you have multiple accounts. You will not have access to these statement files after October 29th.
