Bank Employee Graduates from FLA

Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company employee Monika Holder graduates from FLA
Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company AVP Monika Bajan Holder has graduated from the Future Leaders Alliance (FLA) offered through the Illinois Bankers Association.  The graduation commencement was held during the IBA’s annual ONE Conference at the Embassy Suites in East Peoria on March 2nd.  The thirteen-month FLA program is dedicated to enhancing the professional development of promising bank leaders through three primary components:  education, community service and networking.

Monika is currently an Assistant Vice President of Murphy-Wall State Bank, holding the position of Teller Supervisor and Training Specialist.  Employed by the bank in February of 2014 as a part-time teller, Monika was able to utilize her formal education that includes a Master of Economics in Human Development and Foreign Trade and extensive prior customer service experience to advance to an officer of the bank.  AVP Holder also speaks multiple foreign languages in addition to English and her Hungarian native language, that assists the bank in providing multi-lingual customer communication support.  The FLA program enhances her already extensive background in customer service and provided her with a greater understanding of bank operations.

Management congratulates Monika Bajan Holder as she joins FLA Alumni and Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company employee’s VP Sarah Folden, AVP Jennifer Pauley, VP Kyle Davis and AVP Josh Rakers as Future Leaders of the banking industry.
