Murphy-Wall State Bank Announces Henry Ruppert and Sophia Huggins as January 2025 Students of the Month

After high school, Henry plans to attend Rend Lake Community College to receive his bachelor’s degree in agriculture business. This will set him up for success in becoming a fourth-generation self-employed farmer! Henry is currently his FFA Chapter’s President as well! Henry has participated in many extracurriculars during high school such as FCA, FFA Baseball, and Zoo Club.
After high school, Sophia plans to attend college and double major, getting a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene and an associate’s degree in early childhood development. Her passion for dentistry comes from knowing that one bad trip to the dentist at a young age can ruin the dentist forever. Sophia has loved the many different extracurricular activities throughout her high school career such as FCCLA, golf, wrestling, and MAPPS.
Henry and Sophia are pictured receiving their awards with Information Security Officer, Ashley Phillips.
