We have noticed an increase in phone call scams.
Scammers will try to get you to act before you think.
We will not call to verify incoming wires to your account.
We will not give out an employee ID number.
Banks may need to verify personal information if you call them, but never the other way around.
Never share sensitive information like your account number, bank password, PIN, or a one-time login code with someone that calls you.
Scammers can make any number or name appear on your caller ID. Even if your phone shows it’s the bank calling, it could be anyone.
