Giving Back Through Our Jeans Day Fund

At Murphy‑Wall State Bank and Trust Company, giving back to our communities is important to us, especially when it’s driven by our employees. Through our employee‑funded Jeans Day program, staff members have the option every Friday to wear jeans in exchange for making a small donation. Over time, those donations add up and are directed toward local organizations and causes our employees care about. Recently, funds from the Jeans Day program were used to support Washington County Animal Control, and we were proud to donate $1,440 to help support the important work they do in our community. The donation was presented at our Oakdale Branch by loan officer Jonathan Wilson, pictured with Deb from Washington County Animal Control.

We’re thankful to our employees for their generosity and to organizations like Washington County Animal Control for the care and services they provide every day. It’s a great reminder that even small weekly efforts can make a meaningful impact.
