Because of these changes, newer operating system versions will soon be required to download and update the Mobile Banking app.

To continue receiving future app updates, your device should be running iOS 15 or newer if you use an iPhone or iPad, or Android 13 or newer if you use an Android device. If you already have the app installed, you can continue using it on your current device. However, devices that do not meet these requirements will eventually stop receiving updates.

While the app may continue functioning on older devices for a period of time, users who can no longer receive updates may miss out on new features, performance improvements, and important security enhancements. Over time, outdated software can also lead to compatibility issues that affect how apps perform.
