Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company Recognizes Andrew Schneider as September Student of the Month
Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company is proud to recognize Andrew Schneider as our September Student of the Month. Through academic excellence, leadership, service, and a commitment to future goals, Andrew has established a record of achievement that reflects the values celebrated through this award.
After graduation, Andrew plans to attend Southern Illinois University Carbondale and pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before continuing education to become a nurse practitioner specializing in orthopedics. Southern Illinois University Carbondale is home to one of the state’s well-respected nursing programs and provides students with extensive hands-on learning opportunities in healthcare.
Throughout high school, Andrew has been actively involved in cross country, Beta Club, ACES, and the fishing team. Participation in cross country helped develop perseverance and teamwork, while ACES strengthened critical thinking and problem-solving skills through academic competition. Membership in Beta Club encouraged a commitment to excellence and community service, and involvement with the fishing team taught patience, dedication, and sportsmanship.
Community service has been a meaningful part of Andrew ‘s high school journey. Volunteer work at after-school programs, assisting elderly community members, and supporting Optimist Club activities have provided opportunities to give back while learning valuable lessons about patience, kindness, and leadership.
Through strong academic performance, thoughtful planning for the future, and a dedication to serving others, Andrew exemplifies the qualities of a Murphy-Wall Student of the Month. Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company congratulates Andrew and wishes continued success in the pursuit of a healthcare career.
