Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company recently donated to Team IMPACT Softball, a girls’ fast pitch team, ages 10 and under, affiliated with the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA). The young athletes comprising the team are united both in their love of the game and their desire to better their skills in the more competitive arena of softball.
Softball player, Zoey Swenson is pictured accepting the check on behalf of the team, presented by Murphy-Wall’s Emma Yates at the bank’s Elkville branch. This upcoming season, the Team IMPACT Girls’ Softball Team based out of Marion will compete in approximately 10 local and regional tournament and multiple other local games.
